Who we share your data with

Email addresses entered in our contact form are transferred to Mailchimp (USA) for follow-up emails. Mailchimp is a certified service provider that processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Addendum. You may unsubscribe at any time via any email footer link.

If you complete a purchase, payment information is processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe/WooPayments or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

How long we retain your data

We store contact-form submissions for 12 months—just long enough to respond to inquiries, schedule site visits, and track follow-up conversations. After 12 months the messages are deleted from WordPress and Mailchimp backups. We do not allow public comments or user registrations, so no additional personal data is retained.

Order and transaction records are retained for a reasonable period as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

What rights you have over your data

• Access & portability — Request a copy of the personal information we hold.
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — Ask us to delete your information, unless we are legally required to keep it (e.g., bookkeeping records).
• Withdraw consent — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via any email footer link.

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may:
• Request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect;
• Request deletion or correction of that information;
• Request a copy of their data in a portable format;
• Opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes);
• Exercise these rights without discrimination.
We collect only: identifiers (name, email, phone) and internet activity (analytics & cookies) that you voluntarily provide via our contact form. We use this information solely to respond to inquiries, schedule site visits, and improve our website. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
